The App is a multi-account management tool that helps you manage multiple trading accounts seamlessly from a single interface. The App exclusively supports MetaTrader 5 (MT5) accounts only.

We do not collect or store your account credentials. All account credentials (usernames, passwords, MT5 login details) are stored locally on your device only. We do not have access to your confidential login information at any time.

The information we collect is limited to:

Device ID: We collect your device identifier to allow you to stay logged in on up to two devices at a time.
Trading account information: Once you add and connect your accounts in the App, we receive trade and account data (such as open positions, trade history, balance, and equity) which is necessary for us to display and update information within the App.
App usage data: Basic usage analytics to improve the App experience.
Crash reports and error logs: We use Sentry, a third-party error tracking service, to automatically collect crash reports and error logs when the App encounters issues. This data includes device type, operating system version, and technical error details. This information is used solely to identify and resolve bugs, improve App stability, and enhance your experience. No personal trading data or account credentials are included in crash reports.
Support messages: If you use the in-app Chat feature to contact our support team, your messages and any information you provide within the chat are collected to assist you with your inquiries and resolve issues.

We do not collect your location data.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information solely to:

Provide and maintain our multi-account management service
Display your trading account information accurately within the App
Enable Copy Trading and Arbitrage features within the App
Authenticate your device for login on up to two devices
Detect and resolve crashes, errors, and performance issues via Sentry
Provide customer support through the in-app Chat feature
Send important updates, announcements, and notifications via the in-app Channel feature
Improve our services and user experience

We do not provide any trading advice. The App is strictly a multi-account management tool.

4. Data Storage and Security

We do not store any confidential information on our servers. All sensitive credentials remain on your device. For the limited data we do handle, we implement security measures including:

Regular security audits and updates

To communicate with trading servers for displaying account information within the App
Sentry (Functional Software, Inc.): We share anonymized crash reports and error logs with Sentry for the sole purpose of identifying and fixing technical issues in the App. Sentry does not receive any personal trading data or account credentials.

Since we do not store your credentials, there is no sensitive data retained on our side. Trading account data used for display purposes is retained only for as long as your account is active.
