1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Octopus Terminal Mobile App, operated by SPIRAL NINETEEN IT TECHNOLOGIES L.L.C, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this application. You must be at least 18 years of age to use this App.

2. Description of Service

The Octopus Terminal Mobile App is a multi-account management tool designed to provide clients with a seamless and easy way to manage multiple trading accounts from a single interface. The App exclusively supports MetaTrader 5 (MT5) accounts only — you can only connect and manage MT5 accounts through this App. Our core focus is to deliver an efficient multi-account management experience. The App also provides:

Copy Trading: A built-in copy trading engine available within the mobile application, allowing you to copy trades between your accounts.
Arbitrage: An arbitrage trading tool available within the mobile application.
Support Chat: An in-app chat feature for communicating with our support team regarding any issues or inquiries you may have.
Broadcast Channel: An in-app channel through which we send important updates, announcements, and instant notifications to all users.

We do not provide any trading advice, recommendations, or financial guidance. We are strictly a tools provider — nothing more.

3. License and Usage

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use this application for personal account management purposes. You may not:

Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the app
Use the app for illegal purposes
Share your account credentials with others

4. Account Credentials and Data

All account credentials are stored locally on your device only. We do not collect, store, or have access to your account login credentials at any time. We only receive trading account information (such as trades, balance, and equity) once you add and connect your accounts in the App, which is necessary to display and update information within the App.

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials on your device
All activities that occur under your account
Ensuring your account information is accurate
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

5. No Trading Advice Disclaimer

⚠️ IMPORTANT: We are a tools provider only. We do not provide any trading advice, signals, or financial recommendations. All trading decisions are made solely by you.

Trading forex and CFDs involves substantial risk of loss. You should:

Only trade with money you can afford to lose
Understand the risks before trading
Seek independent financial advice if needed
Not rely solely on automated features like Copy Trading or Arbitrage

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any kind of loss you may incur. SPIRAL NINETEEN IT TECHNOLOGIES L.L.C is solely a tools provider. We shall not be liable for:

Any trading losses incurred while using the App

Losses from Copy Trading or Arbitrage features

Technical failures or connectivity issues

Data loss or corruption on your device

Unauthorized access to your account

Actions by third-party brokers

7. Service Availability

While we strive for 100% uptime, we do not guarantee:

Uninterrupted access to the application
Error-free operation
Compatibility with all brokers
Successful execution of all operations

8. Subscription, Auto-Renewal and Payments

The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions sold through Apple's In-App Purchase system. By subscribing, you agree to the following terms:

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price of the selected plan.
You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time by going to your Apple ID Account Settings > Subscriptions after purchase.
Cancelling an active subscription will stop future renewals; access remains available until the end of the current paid period.
Refunds, where applicable, are handled exclusively by Apple in accordance with Apple's refund policy. Please contact Apple Support to request a refund.
Subscriptions are tied to your Apple ID and are non-transferable between accounts.
We may change subscription pricing from time to time; any price change will be communicated and will only apply to future renewals.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Attempt to hack or compromise the app
Use the app for money laundering
Interfere with other users' access

10. Age Restriction

This App is intended for users aged 18 and above only. By using this App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly allow minors to use the App. If we discover that a user is under 18, we reserve the right to terminate their account immediately.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activities.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

14. Third-Party Links

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services, including but not limited to broker websites and external trading performance tracking platforms. SPIRAL NINETEEN IT TECHNOLOGIES L.L.C is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You access third-party links at your own risk.
